Research

Print Coatings Polska Sp. z o.o. is a producer of high-quality varnishes for all market segments in the printing industry. In 2019, we started commercial activities in the field of testing printed substrates (e.g. paper, plastic), and from 2021 Research and Development Laboratory Print Coatings Polska Sp. Z o. o. works in the PN-EN ISO 17025: 2018-02 system, and has obtained AB1797 accreditation from the Polish Center for Accreditation for research on global migration. We carry out comprehensive tests of food contact materials in accordance with the Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 of 27 October 2004 on materials and products intended to come into contact with food. Our motto is an individual approach to the customer, quality and reliability.

Qualitative and quantitative analyzes are carried out in accordance with standards, on certified high-quality analytical and physicochemical devices, such as:

Gas chromatograph coupled with a mass spectrometer (GC/MS) and a flame ionization detector (GC-FID) for qualitative and quantitative determinations, with a Headspace attachment for headspace analysis
Liquid chromatograph (LC) with a DAD detector and gel permeation chromatograph with an ELSD detector for qualitative and quantitative determinations
Machine for applying flexographic proof reprints with a UV LED lamp
Laboratory tunnel with a traditional UV and a UV LED lamp
Automatic Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) and Concentration / Evaporation System
Strength machine by Shimadzu AG X plus
